Title: New Game - If you had a garage big enough - future classics..
Post by: Cunning Plan on June 30, 2011, 11:27:17 AM
Post up a link and picture of something you would like to buy NOW (if you had the space etc) that you think would be a future classic and / or increase in value.

Rather unusually, maybe becuase of the price, I think this Mk2 Fiesta would be a good bet.

1.3
54k Miles.
£850

sure fire classic, Mazda RX-7

Climbing in valve VERY quickly, Saab 900

I was going to stick a couple of bikes in there, but the three 80's and 90's bikes i had in mind are already firmly classics, and fetch far more than they were new..

NR750 (£222,000!!!!!, £40,000 new)

RC30 (£14,000 new)

Ducati 851 / 888 (not quite up to its list price yet, but going up rapidly)

As one to watch (despite only being 3 years old) the Ducati Desmosedici RR will undoubtedly be a highly prized bike - £40,000 new, still that much used.
