But seeing as they are now going to run lots of motorways including parts of the M1 without a hard shoulder, will they still be breaking the law (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/dontknow.gif)
I really don't like motorways without a hard shoulder, in the States if you breakdown you have a 90% chance of being rear ended (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/down.gif)
