I have been waiting weeks for the Divvy LA to sort my Kawasaki documents out (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/sad.gif)
Made loads of phone calls and kept getting told it's being processed (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/dontknow.gif)
Yesterday I got this letter in the post ( note the date ) :

Your forgetting ANPR, every time it's read it will say no MOT which is technically correct according to big bother now (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/rtfm.gif)

Yes, you're right. It is not worth the hassle of having to explain the whole situation over and over, being passed from department to department (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/rolleyes.gif)
You will just have to send it all back again (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/down.gif)
That's a bummer man!
I know back before it was computerized me and Dave took the Camaro to a different MOT tester, he looked at the previous certificate and then at the VIN in the window and was refusing to test it as he said the two weren't the same. The previous tests had all been done off the CS***** number stamped on the passenger strut tower. It took me and him going over the car trying to prove the car was what it was and it took him ages to change the VIN on the certificate for the DVLA.
Thankfully the reg was ok, but there's such a pain in the arse trying to tie up a VIN to a reg and then add I the dangers of ANPR.
Also you wouldn't be able to tax it online as the MOT cert wouldn't show up as being done to that reg.
