Yeah have seen those before, i have always wondered about lifting on alloy manifolds, but have seen them used in magazines and overhaulin so i guess no problems

should work depending on the balance,

Helicoil the intake threads,

or don't use it...

ive used one before on a 283 with a cast iron gilde on it lifted no problem i got my one from summit in the states about 5 years ago
