My years of messing about lighting charcoal and having the food either uncooked or totally cremated are long gone (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/rtfm.gif)

It's quick, very controllable, gives you far more cooking options, is much cleaner and is cheaper than charcoal/lighters (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/tongue.gif)

But the food doesnt taste half as good! We have one for same reasons.

It's an outdoor grille not a BBQ

Charcoal 4tehwin everytime (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/rtfm.gif) just takes skill, patience and as a last resort a microwave (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/lol.gif)

And that's why it's not a real BBQ !!!!

pah... what do you lot know about bbq's anyways....  

everyone knows a Greek BBQ is best, cooking burgers or sausages on an outdoor grill is shite!  You need to cook big lumps of lamb or chicken on a proper charcoal pit....

I'm sorry if it seems un-PC or biased but Greek BBQ FTMFW !!!!

thats SO fooking true......

some of us are even known to dry our washing over a whole sheep on a stick being bbq'd !!!!

that way we can smell tasty and summery for at least 2 days

touche..... BUT........ i was looking at that thing that Si bought (he's english by the way) and thinking how in the name of God am I gonna cook on that f*cking thing!!

the mk bbq is obviously the exception that proved the rule.  Its a proper bbq with coal etc.. but you lot do insist on cooking pre-prepared meat products on it like burgers and sausages.... that spoils half the fun !!!

I actually this year tried to work my holidays around car shows....  havent done that for years what with uni etc....  should be a good year for car stuff, I've got loads lined up !!!
