Finally making some headway on the fitness front this year (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/gym.gif)
By mid January I was well into the 80+kg zone (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/slap.gif)
I could blame it on the 70+ hour working week, or the 95% of my time spent sat at a computer,
or the University Degree I'm doing (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/chiny.gif)
But in reality it's down to being an old lazy fat man ( in that order ) (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/rtfm.gif)
I've been unable to go to the gym everyday, just too dam tired,
but for the last few weeks I've been doing every other day and have cut out all sweet/fatty food and alcohol !
So this morning I've just dropped to 77.9kg, by the end of April
I WILL hit target at below 77kg (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/beavisnbutthead.gif)

Finally making some headway on the fitness front this year
(http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/plusone.gif)
I've opted for the super-lean approach myself.
In mid-june last year I was 19% body fat . . . In October I got down to 14.5%.
Now, by my calculations, I'm at about 11.5% body fat and weighing in at 71kgs.
Plan is to get to around 10% B/F.
I must admit - I've never felt better. (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/gym.gif)
I still
don't do cardio, though. (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/tongue.gif)
I'm doing yoga everyday, and def noticing the benefits (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/up.gif) I'm slimmer now than I ever have been, ok I know I'll never be super skinny but I'm happy(http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/tongue.gif)

I really should go to the gym... just got out of the habit (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/down.gif)
Still stuck at 56kg (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/can.gif) feck knows what my body fat is but if dean's was 19% then high 20-30's (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/dontknow.gif)
Still despite excessive quantities of fast food and alcohol in the last few weeks and a couple of slack weeks at the gym and I'm fitter than I've ever been and fairly pleased with myself (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/up.gif)
Just need to sort the rest of my life out now (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/rolleyes.gif)

Surely your body weight is not a measure of your fitness. Wouldnt some kind of time, or distance test be a measure of you're fitness(http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/chiny.gif)

Spot on my current daily regime after cycling to the gym is a 2,000 metre
row at max level ten in under 8 minutes and 15 seconds.
Today was 8 mins 4 seconds (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/gym.gif)
Then there's the cross training, hill walking ( I don't run because of my knee damage ) and some weights, all topped off with 15 minutes on the top shelf of the sauna (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/wink.gif)
I don't do any cardio - does that mean I'm unfit ? (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/tongue.gif)

Well I don't really do weights, I find it as boring as hell and doesn't increase your stamina (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/wink.gif)

nope, should have been b*stard - finger slipped on the */8 key which is suprising considering how fat my fingers are...

You're absolutely right, I've just spent a long time looking at a picture of Kelly Brook topless from a very close distance and determined her to be very fit (http://mkb-cc.yanksrule.co.uk//Forum/smileys/rofls.gif)
