Meets and Food

Can we let people know in advance if people are expecting to eat.  This month was the 3rd one that we have been caught out.

We've had meets where we've turned up to find that the majority are eating, and some where were expecting the same, but ended up being the only ones and miss out on half the meet while eating.

Normally, it wouldn't matter, but with Alex we need to know what we are doing in advance and plan accordingly.

Maybe if people wanna eat they could turn up early to avoid appearing *cough* anti-social ?

We turned up early to make sure we got a decent seat for Alex, unlike the Nov meet, stuck on the end.

Then being sociable - we waited for everyone else to turn up before ordering.

No sour grapes, just don't want the same thing to happen again.

Anyway, that's the point of people saying if they want food, you know if anyone else is 'turning up early' maybe?
