Dip the bacon :



Allow to cool and Job done

you could try some really dark chocolate that might balance it out a bit, not sure whether very high cocoa chocolate will melt very well tho...


Not sure on the decision to use the Bacon-a-fied leftover chocolate to make Chocolate Cornflake cakes tho... they might taste a bit funny.
