Yup . . . I've eaten 12 packets of Mini-cheddars today . . . . . . It would've been more, but I've now run out.

Worrying thing is that I've got another 12 packs at home . . . .

With the 20+ bags I had at the weekend . . . that makes alot of mini cheddars !

I'm not worried about my weight . . . . I'm beautiful.

It's not the cheese your addicted to ?

It's the monosodium glatamate

Monosodium glutamate
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia :

Chemical structure of monosodium glutamateMonosodium glutamate, sodium glutamate, flavour enhancer 621 EU food additive code: E621. HS code: 29224220. (IUPAC names: 2-aminopentanedioic acid, 2-aminoglutaric acid, 1-aminopropane-1,3-dicarboxylic acid), commonly known as MSG, Ajinomoto or Vetsin, is a sodium salt of glutamic acid.

MSG is a food additive, popularly marketed as a "flavour enhancer". It was discovered and patented in 1909 by Ajinomoto Corporation in Japan. In its pure form, it appears as a white crystalline powder; when dissolved in water (or saliva) it rapidly dissociates into free sodium and glutamate ions (glutamate is the anionic form of glutamic acid, a naturally occurring amino acid).

There are many health concerns with MSG

There have been numerous studies of allergies and/or sensitivities to MSG, attributed to the free glutamic acid component, which has been blamed for causing a wide variety of physical symptoms such as migraines ( not tonight dear ), nausea ( you thought it was last nights Curry ), digestive upsets, bad dreams ( you have to WORK ), disturbed sleep, drowsiness, heart palpitations, hair loss ( fat chance of that ) , asthma, anaphylactic shock, rapidly increasing diabetes, and many other complaints. "Chinese restaurant syndrome" is often used as an example of the symptoms purported to be caused by MSG.

Roadkill

There isn't any MSG in Mini-Cheddars.

From the McVities Website :

"In 2006 Mini Cheddars and Crinklys relaunched as 'healthier. Using a blend of sunflower and vegetable oil, saturated fat has been reduced 30% on Mini Cheddars and 40% on Crinklys.
Mini Cheddars is now 10% lower in sodium and free from artifical colours, flavours and MSG"

Sorry my

Roadkill

If there was I wouldn't care

If I was worried about what "they" say I wouldn't do hardly anything I do . . .

And If I believed what "they" say I should've been dead at least 5 years ago.

Electrics are fine !

It's the airfilter cutting through the high pressure fuel line you have to worry about

Still they fixed it in less than 24 hrs and returned it to the house fully valeted
